Doctor of Theology, Victor Hamm was born in Vorkuta, Russia, to a Christian minister, Gregory Abromovich Hamm.  Upon growing up, Victor gravely studied theology, religion and journalism at Universities in Great Britain, Canada, and the United States. His desire to serve Christ has allowed him to lead radio programs such as the Bright Ray of the Gospel, Hour of Choice, and The Echo of Youth.  Later, he joined the Billy Graham Evangelist Association (BGEA) where as an evangelist and a regional director, he was able to minister and reach souls in the Baltic countries. Utilizing his journalism degree, Victor served as an editor-in-chief of the Russian version of Decision magazine, which is a part of the BGEA ministries. Located in Moscow, he has also served as a board chairman of the Christian Center Renaissance. Together with his wife Margaret, Victor has three adult children.

Born in Kishinev, Moldova, Pavel is the son of Pastor Ivan Petrovich Belev. Having an aspiration to serve the Lord, Pavel studied at the Theological University of Kishinev, earning himself a Bachelor’s Degree in Theology.  Wanting to share his passion for studying the word of God, he taught Methods of Bible Study at the Kuban Christian University in Russia. In time, the Lord led Pavel to move to Anapa, Russia, where he worked in the foundation and formation of a church for eight years. Recently, Pavel moved to the United States where he now serves as a youth leader at the Spring of Life Church in Mukilteo, Washington.  Pavel is married to Anya Belev, and has two children.
